We do not share any data with third-parties nor are we an open-source platform. This means no one other than ShoppingIQ is eligible or authorised to access any data ShoppingIQ may have access to or been given to.

Our website contact forms are secure. The information provided is only used for the intended purpose of a reply to the contact request.
Platform logins
You can choose to reset your password in your admin panel. If you are an agency, you can have a single login or individual logins (which is preferred). Logins are deleted for those who leave the agency organisation, and passwords are updated as required. The agency lead can also update passwords as required in the admin panel.
